Net 15 Days
Late transmissions of payment exceeding 30 days may trigger a project pause sequence until resource allocations are re-verified.
Termination Routine
Either party may initiate a STOP_SEQUENCE with 30 days written notice. You retain ownership of all assets generated up to the point of termination, provided that completed milestones are settled.
