Phase 2: Stabilization (Week 3-4)

• Agent Deployment: Installing monitoring and security agents.
• Patch Catch-up: Applying missing security updates.
• Backup Verification: Running a test restore to prove recoverability.

Phase 3: Handover (Month 2)

We move to "Steady State."

• Runbook Creation: Documenting standard procedures.
• Alert Tuning: silencing noise, prioritizing signal.
• First Scorecard: Establishing the baseline metrics.
