1. Monthly Scorecard (Foundation+)
Every month, you receive a one-page executive summary and a detailed technical appendix.

- Patch Status: Percentage of systems compliant with policy.
- Ticket Volume: Trends in support requests and noise levels.

2. Quarterly Governance Review (Advanced+)
A strategic touchpoint to align technology with business goals.
- Risk Register Updates: What new risks did we find? Which did we retire?

3. Evidence Packs (Sovereign)
For regulated industries, we produce a zip file containing raw logs, configuration exports, and audit trails required by auditors.
